Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The exact timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund amount.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless required by law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.

If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter. We may require additional information to process your inquiry, such as proof of return shipment or bank statements showing the refund has not been received.
